Terms :
We will only fully refund purchases made in less than 24 hours. After 24 hours, no full refund can be made.
All other refund requests will be returned partially based on the used period of the subscription IF there was a problem on our end that we could not resolve within 72 hours. Our support team will contact users in all refund cases.
We will not send a refund or provide a partial refund if:
- The customer didn’t like the channel list.
- The customer found another service.
- The customer refuses to apply the solutions we propose if he encounters a problem.
How long does it take to get reimbursed?
If you paid by credit card, refunds are typically processed and funds returned to the debit card in the customer’s bank account within 20-31 business days.
However, there are cases in which it takes longer to process a refund, up to 90 days. We are not responsible for these delays. We are not the payment provider, we are just the IPTV service provider.
Each refund generally takes between 20 and 90 business days and it is not our responsibility to reduce this time frame. Our payment processors will handle refund requests. We will do our best to refund all users immediately after viewing the request and verifying the user’s information.
If some channels crash, buffer, or don’t work sometimes: Although almost all of our servers are stable, sometimes some channels crash or don’t work for various reasons, but this is not permanent. Our expert engineers are still working to repair them. Most of the time, these problems are temporary and caused by the reasons below:
- Customer Internet Fluctuations.
- Problem with the box/applications/client configuration in general.
- Your ISP has a problem.
- The channel is down from the server.
- The client changed their mind and wanted to opt out/switch between servers.
- Server update/restart on our side (weekly performance required).
In case the user/customer cannot watch their IPTV subscription plan for more than 72 hours due to server problem or any other problem caused by us or from our side, we will refund the price in full of the package or will add all lost time on top of your subscription for free. + an additional bonus that we can negotiate together.
